That is sad. Stopped to take a pic, did nothing to help the fellow man… Whatever happened to decent charity, helping out without expecting anything in return, or even giving a few bills in passing? That man, and thousands like him need help from those who are better off.
Volunteer at shelters, donate cash to charities, give food/clothing to donation centers. There is a serious shortage of items and volunteerism in this nation…
