   If you have the ability, bring the pic up in an image editing program like Photoshop and sample the two colors. They really are the same!

   You don’t need any fancy programs to see it. Just cover up the rest of the picture with your fingers, so only those sqaures are visible.

   I tried it in paint shop pro. It is true!! r, g, b all 106 in both the A and B square!
   Very weird, but true!
   Nice illusion.

   …Ah! They are correct. See, the shape makes all the squares under its shadow darker. They really are the same, but with the shadow, it doesn’t seem so. (My first reaction was ‘lies’ as well >.>;;; )
