When I stare at the layer in the middle long enough, it looks like it’s moving. Is that supossed to happen?

duh. layers - the two segments (Circle and surround) will always be itnerpreted by your brain as different layers - even though they’re not. It’s a 3D thing

I think its supposed to make the ball thing in the middle look lik its hovering over the picture. I stared at it a while, i think thats what i saw…

its supposed to seem like the ball in the middle is 3d and moving towards u…i think…thats what happened when i looked at it long enough…
